Cookie Policy

SinceThen.co sets only strictly necessary cookies by default; every other cookie is set only after you agree in our cookie banner. This policy explains which cookies we use and how to change your choice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work the same way and are covered by this policy. Some are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies); others stay until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).

| Strictly necessary | Keeps you logged in and remembers your cookie choice | No — the site cannot work without them |
| Preferences | Remembers settings such as language or display options. We do not use any at the moment. | Yes |
| Analytics | Counts visits and shows how the site is used, so we can improve it. We do not use any at the moment. | Yes |
| Marketing | Embedded music players from Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube, which their providers may use to measure use and show relevant ads on other sites | Yes |

Without marketing consent, songs show as a link to the music service instead of a player. The song's artwork is still loaded from the music service's servers, which receive your IP address but set no cookies.
Managing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used lawfully before.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of SinceThen.co, such as logging in, will not work.
